The business has an exciting and ambitious agenda ahead of it as we try to reposition the business to create an enduring franchise. We are looking to fill a high impact Sr. Business Manager role in the Strategy team. The team is part of the M&A organization and works closely with COAF leadership to shape the strategic agenda for the business. In addition to our central role on strategy development, we are responsible for - Crafting all major communication and presentations on behalf of COAF - to both internal and external audiences (updates to the CEO/ Board, updates to Regulators etc.) - Being the eyes and ears for COAF in tracking industry changes and competitive moves - producing a monthly market intelligence report as well as conducting deep dives on specific competitors/ industry players - Monitoring COAF's portfolio and conducting 'what-if' analysis to assess the impact of business moves on our vertical P&L performance - Conducting primary market research to build a fundamental understanding of the market and our customers This is a demanding role on a small but highly leveraged team. Skill sets that will be important include - ability to think broadly and strategically - passion to seek the truth and dig into the detail where necessary - collaborative skills to leverage other resources in the organization - great story telling and communication Business Analysts with core M&A experience (including credit) with a desire to focus on strategy development will find this role and excellent fit. Associates with prior strategy consulting experience and a strong analytical background may also be a good fit. From a development point of view, this role offers very high visibility with senior leadership and a chance to observe and learn how our senior leaders make decisions. This is also an excellent role to quickly learn the Auto Finance business.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 1 year experience in project management
• 2 years experience in Financial modeling, underwriting, economic forecasting

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative major
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• PMP, CFA, FRM, CPA
• 5 years experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• 2 years experience in people management
• 2 years experience in product development
