We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Accounting Support. This is a temporary, entry-level position designed to assist our Accounting Manager with daily financial operations. If you have a strong grasp of accounting principles, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an ON-SITE position in Southfield, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly
• Post cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts
• Monitor aging accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Process customer refunds and resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
