Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field + 3 years’ progresvly. responsible exp. in financial analysis/modeling, real estate info gathering, real estate legal concepts, collab. with sr. lvl. mgmt. at portfolio companies, REITs & real estate in corp. structure & at asset lvl. (incl. cash flows & cap. structures), analyzing public/private real estate companies, equity/debt cap. markets (incl. REIT bonds & equities), corp.
