Altogether, our specialists are working across our expanding branch network to offer a full range of products and exceptional levels of services to clients investing and hedging in the global markets.
Responsibilities
- Marketing support - Be part of the team driving debt and equity franchise. Actively participate in business opportunities identification and development to secure mandates from regional entities seeking to raise debt and/or equity funds from the private and public markets (including stock exchanges through IPOs or in secondary equity raisings). Prepare marketing pitches, corporate financial analysis, building valuation models and financial models,
- Deal execution - Support deal origination and execution, prepare project documentation as well as providing analysis of industry and market trends, doing research, investment summaries, transaction presentations. Drive transaction workstreams of project including coordinating activities to track agreed timetable, identifying key critical issues of project and proposing potential solutions, seeking regulatory clearance and planning marketing programs. Coordinating settlement matters
- Market update - Prepare market update reports
- Data and information processing - data mining, update and create relevant database
- Bachelor of Finance and/or accounting background
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in ECM transactions
- Possess knowledge of equity and equity-related new issue process across the ECM product spectrum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good knowledge on usage of Bloomberg
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of capital markets business and products
- Genuine interest in and aptitude for understanding companies and stocks, fundamental analysis, financial statements and valuation
- Analytical and with drive to solve problems
- Team player, ability to multi-task, pro-active and possess positive attitude
- Self-motivated, able to adapt and willingness to learn and follow through on work matters
