Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and requirements gathering, conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and refine process maps and flows to drive operational efficiency.
• Elicit and document detailed requirements, including exception flows, ensuring end-to-end clarity.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP-level participants.
• Support the delivery of a cost-effective reward system for small business customers.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry.
• Experience running discovery phases independently and managing complex projects.
• Strong background in large-scale, strategic, or regulatory projects.
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
