Description

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatment
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical activities
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Understand insurance pre-certification approval affirmation and follow-up before and after seeing patients
• Watch and follow explanation of benefits 
• Following labs and X-ray and other reports and provide necessary related cares.
• Perform all clinic related health care duties not outlined above.
• Other delegations, ad-hoc supports as requested by the Medical Director

Requirements

• Board-certified NP licensed in Georgia
• Previous experience in primary care is preferred.
• DOT examination certificate is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
