Lucas Metropolitan Housing (LMH) is seeking an exceptionally qualified Chief Financial Officer to lead and manage the LMH highly performing Finance Department. LMH has a $70 million annual operating budget and a staff of 170 employees. The agency is a designated financial high-performer, a three-time consecutive winner of the Ohio Auditor of the State Award winner, and has been recognized as one of Toledo’s top workplaces.
