We are a self-licensed financial advice firm focused on providing personalised financial solutions.
We are seeking a part-time CSO to support our team and help ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in financial services, with potential for future development. 2 years of prior experience is desired. Ideally 20 hours per week split across 4 days - flexible for the right candidate.
Role Overview: As a CSO you’ll be an essential part of the team, helping our financial advisors deliver excellent service. You’ll provide administrative support and assist with client communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment but enjoys flexibility and is eager to learn and develop in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to financial advisor.
Assist with client communications, including emails and phone calls
Prepare and process client documentation, including forms and compliance paperwork
Oversee the ongoing review workflow and prepare agendas for meetings
Skills & Experience:
Some experience in an administrative or client services role (experience in financial services is a plus, but not required)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Clear and professional communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems (CRM experience is a bonus)
Ability to work independently within a remote team
A keen interest in financial services and a desire to grow in the industry
