Role Overview:
We are looking to expand our senior investment banking team with an experienced professional capable of independently leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development. The final title and compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

      Lead execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions — independently or under the supervision of the Managing Director

      Manage day-to-day communication with clients, including C-level executives and shareholders

      Support deal origination efforts and help grow the transaction pipeline

      Supervise junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables

      Prepare and present marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documentation

      Drive due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and overall process management

Requirements

Qualifications:

      5+ years of experience in investment banking in Ukraine

      Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

      Proven track record of executing transactions and managing client relationships

      Ability to originate and develop new deal opportunities

      Excellent communication and presentation skills

      Fluent in Ukrainian and English

      Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
