Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a hospital-employed group at their Columbiana Clinic.

• Experienced providers preferred; new graduates considered
• Hospital employed position joining established primary care group at our Columbiana, AL clinic location.
• Typical outpatient clinic services
• Shared call coverage (telephonic only)
• Practice alongside 2 physicians
• Clinic has fully-equipped stat lab with 3 exam rooms per provider
• Dedicated MA per provider and shared admin support staff
