Are you a compassionate, patient-focused Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner who values meaningful relationships and personalized care? We’re seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Direct Primary Care practice, where we put patients first—without the hassle of insurance billing.

ProPartners was established in 2001 and became the first DPC practice in the Kansas City area in 2013.
We are seeking a Full or Part-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to staff our Overland Park office and north Kansas City office.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time or part-time
- Focus on high-quality, unhurried care
- At least 3-5 years of experience in family practice
- Manage a small patient panel for deeper connections
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Value spending time developing relationship with and educating patients
- Place high priority on patient experience, customer service and timely access to physician care
Requirements:
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- At least 3-5 years of experience in family medicine
- Licensed or able to become licensed in Kansas and Missouri
- Passion for whole-person care and patient education
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Previous experience in primary care preferred
