Outpatient-only assignment in Indiana; credential quickly and enjoy a 3-day work week with no call responsibilities.

Practice Setting

• Onsite support from RN, CMA, and another NP
• Athena charting system
• Clinic-only; no hospital duties
• Family medicine and DOT physicals

Schedule

• 3-day workweek: Monday to Wednesday
• Late start on Mondays, early finish on Tue/Wed
• Protected lunch break daily
• 60-day assignment with potential to extend

Cases and Procedures

• General primary care for all ages
• New hire and DOT physicals
• No procedures required

Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Indiana license, active DEA
• Current DOT certification preferred
