You’ll be part of a team of tight-knit group of advisers who work hard, but who also know how to switch off and have fun at the end of a productive week.

We’re looking to hire you if you have:
Relevant qualifications
Proven success in setting and achieving targets
Proven ability to deliver holistic advice including (but not limited to) super, insurance, cash flow, debt management, investing, retirement planning etc.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong desire to succeed and be self-motivated.
Minimum 3+ years' experience as a financial adviser
Primary responsibilities:
An advice whizz.You will apply your expertise by providing quality financial advice to all our existing and new clients to help them reach their financial goals.
A stickler for rules.You’ll maintain all the compliance standards and satisfy all those legislative and licensee requirements with everything that we do.
Love the long-term.You are constantly forging and maintaining long term relationships with your clients, who are top of quality.
Above and beyond.Meeting or even exceeding your clients expectations is key to you, so you continue delivering that incredible service every day.

A go getter.You are committed to aiding the growth of the business through various methods, such as (but not limited to) contributing to marketing, driving new business, sharing ideas that will benefit the business and your team members.

Salary package will be dependent on the applicant's qualifications and experience and will include salary and an uncapped bonus potential based on your performance and relevant KPIs being met.
