Location: Chicago, IL
Full-Time | $70,000–$85,000 + Excellent Benefits
The Will Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and reporting. If you're experienced with SAP, highly proficient in Excel, and eager to work in a purpose-driven environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Analyze financial trends and results
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and models
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for savings
Collaborate across departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
Proficiency in SAP and Excel
Strong communication and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Experience using SAP for financial reporting, analysis, and data extraction.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with additional systems a plus.
Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.
