Your new role
The Financial Controller will work closely with the CEO whilst managing a small team, to ensure effective financial performance across the business. You will take responsibility for key areas including:

Financial strategy & control

Financial management & compliance

Planning & forecasting

New business and cost modelling

Reporting, analysis and commentary

Team leadership

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a CFO or Financial ControllerExperience with medium-sized operationsCapable of working within fast-paced environments to effect decisionsAbility to be hands-on and lead a small teamAbility to interact with different stakeholdersStrong technical, commercial and communication skills
