twentyAI are looking for a German-speaking Consultant to join a challenger banks Financial Crime (FinCrime) team to handle seizure and court order management, requiring advanced German and English skills, experience with external agencies and court orders, and a strong background in the Banking environment. This is a remote role for 4 months initially with the view to extend or go permanent.

Key Requirements for the Role

• Language Proficiency: Native-level German and advanced English are essential.
• Domain Expertise: You will need experience in managing court orders, Data Protection Agreements (DPAs), and Powers of Attorney (PO).
• External Relations: Experience dealing with external law enforcement and other government agencies is a must.
• Documentation: The ability to prepare witness statements is a key skill.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for handling financial crime operations.
