Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert business development skills to grow the financial planning division of Avant Garde Wealth, within a large accounting firm.
Cultivate supportive and professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide expert financial advice, creating customised financial plans, and assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives (including investment planning, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning).
Offer recommendations on life insurance, income protection, and other risk management solutions.
Foster strong client relationships based on trust and transparency.
Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
Qualifications:

Certified Financial Planner: holds a valid Australian Financial Services (AFS) License.
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or related field.
Business Development Skills:  Proven business development skills in building a financial planning business
Communication Skills:  Demonstrated skills in face to face client consulting and professional ethical influence.
Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated Emotional Intelligence and the capacity to forge strong, lasting, and trust-based relationships with clients.
Forward-Thinking Approach: A commitment to blending traditional financial wisdom with modern insights to create effective and adaptable financial strategies.
Patient Ambition: Ambition tempered with a patient and prudent approach, seeking growth without recklessness.
