About the Role
We're looking for a qualified Financial Adviser ready to step into a role with real growth potential. You’ll be working with engaged clients, backed by robust systems, backend support, and the flexibility to focus on doing what you do best—delivering advice that matters.

Key Responsibilities

Make clients feel loved through meaningful conversations and great tailored advice.
Meet with new prospects – we have a lot coming in!
Lead client meetings and develop strategic advice
Prepare and present SOAs/ROAs with paraplanner support
Contribute to our evolving advice process and client experience
Play an active role in shaping a growing, modern advice business

FASEA-qualified and fully authorised adviser

Comfortable with technology and efficiency-driven advice delivery
Remuneration

Base salary aligned to your experience and skillset
Performance bonus tied to compliance, client feedback, and team culture
Revenue share structure linked to all upfront and ongoing advice fees
Superannuation at the standard super guarantee of 12%.
