Full Time Nurse Practitioner Needed for Full-Service Urgent Care
Costa Mesa and Irvine
Coastal Family Medicine / Family Care Centers Medical Group is searching for a two compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to work full-time. You’ll start strong with our orientation and training program. Enjoy a great work environment with our amazing support staff.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A year or more of Urgent Care work experience
- Flexibility to work at any of our two Urgent Care locations (Costa Mesa, and Irvine)
- Ability to work 12-hour and partial shifts
- Availability to work at least two weekend shifts a month
- Experience seeing all age groups
- Experience treating a variety of illnesses and conditions
- Experience performing a variety of minor procedures
- Splinting, suturing, slit lamp
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience treating Worker's Compensation injuries/illness is preferred
- Good understanding of medical coding
- EMR experience (NextGen preferred)
- Current valid and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License
- Current active and unrestricted Furnishing and DEA Licenses
Practice Hours:
Our Urgent Care Centers are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm, and weekends/holidays from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary and Benefits:
$124,000 - $156,000 Annually (aligned with fair market values and considering education, training, and relevant work experience)
