Your new role
This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to oversee the finance and accounting function across the group. You will provide strategic financial management, ensure compliance and governance, and drive operational efficiency. What you'll need to succeed

CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in finance and accounting.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in property development, including project feasibility and financial modelling.
