Description
Our client is a sizable Chinese state owned securities.Job Description
- Lead a sizable team and oversee for the month end closing and FRR report
- Review full set of accounts for the group
- Produce monthly financial analysis for operating expenses
- Liaising and maintaining good relations with external parties including bank, execution brokers, auditors, SFC / HKEx and other regulatory bodies
- Handle annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report
- Assist in yearly audit
Requirement
- Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Accounting
- Professional qualification in HKICPA or ACCA is preferred
- Familiar with HK Accounting Standards, rules and regulations of the SFC and SEHK
- At leas 10 -12 years of solid accounting operation and reporting experience in sizable securities
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
