Description

• Conform with the overall investment banking development strategy formulated by ICBC and ICBC International, formulate ICBC International investment banking customer development strategy, develop investment banking business platform, and complete strategic planning requirements and management medium and long-term goals and indicators assigned by the management;
• Proactively identify and establish relationships with potential clients' key decision-makers to secure and convert investment banking mandates, and collaborate closely with internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions to clients, ensuring efficient execution and successful deal conversion;
• Leverage personal connections to develop investment banking business, ensuring ICBCI secures leading positions in investment banking transactions;
• Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with corporate clients, assisting them in planning their capital market strategies, thereby enhancing ICBCI's competitive position.

• Bachelor Degree or above in business administration, Finance, or other relevant majors;
• Familiar with Chinese market and investment banking products, and can provide customers with professional primary and secondary capital market opinions;
• Proven track record of successfully originating Hong Kong IPOs or other major investment banking transactions, with quantifiable deal contributions;
• Strong personal client network with direct relationships with senior executives of companies seeking Hong Kong IPOs.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain a high-level client network;
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, capable of securing deal opportunities in a highly competitive market;
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven, willing to accept a performance-based compensation structure.
