- Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key FIG accounts
- Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with FIG clients
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers
- Utilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product bankers on opportunities relating to FIG sector
- You will also be responsible for helping to develop and mentor team members
- Relevant Broking and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products
- Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities
- High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive
- Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills
- Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
