Key Responsibilities

• Lead origination and execution of M&A and growth capital transactions across Europe.
• Build and expand relationships with founder-led businesses, private equity firms, and strategic acquirers.
• Drive revenue generation and contribute to the firm's growth in the DACH region.
• Collaborate closely with global sector teams to deliver high-impact advisory solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior bankers in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of €1.5M+ in annual fee generation.
• Sector expertise in technology, software, or complementary verticals such as cloud services, digital infrastructure, or IT services.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong client relationships in the DACH region.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale a business and grow into broader leadership.
