Opportunity Highlights
- Join a large neurosurgery team with 7 surgeons and 20+ APPs
- Work a shift-based schedule with three 12-hour shifts weekly
- Practice with no call requirements, but option to earn additional income through per diem shift coverage
- Perform surgical first assists across spine, cranial, and endovascular procedures
- Manage inpatient census, consults, admissions, and bedside procedures
- Receive a comprehensive 3-6 month on-the-job training program
- Enjoy 6 weeks of paid time off in your first year

- Rotate through day and overnight shifts for schedule variety
- Collaborate with physicians in the hybrid OR suite for all surgical needs
- 5 years of experience; experience does not necessarily have to be in Neurosurgery (can be other areas such as ICU, Emergency Department, or other areas of surgery)
