| Shift | Must be able to work THREE, 12 HOUR, 7am-730p DAY SHIFTS, 36 HOURS /WEEK. Will work some weekends and holidays as needed to provide coverage. |
| Job Summary | Trauma DCN will assist with patient flow through the continuum of care by working with HOA & physician teams. Provide added leader oversight for the service line on all shifts 24/7. Assist with monitoring quality measures & assuring joint commission readiness for all shifts. This position will also provide assistance with staff mentoring & educational support while on shift. The Trauma DCN will also be the first line of contact for service line when nursing leadership is not readily available. |
| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | KBN RN licensure. Critical Care nursing. Trauma/surgical critical care preferred. ACLS & TNCC will be required |
