Family Medical Center at Dover is Seeking a Nurse Practitioner

Are you a passionate Nurse Practitioner looking for a rewarding career in primary care? We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join Family Medical Center at Dover, part of Primary Care Partners, LLC.

As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care services to our diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families on healthcare management and preventive care

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure in New Jersey
• This provider must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience in primary care preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000 depending on experience
