We are excited to welcome a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team as a Clinic Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and medical sales in alignment with Gameday Franchise guidelines.
• Evaluate patients for low testosterone and, under physician supervision, prescribe appropriate therapy.
• Assess and treat erectile dysfunction, including recommendations for treatments such as Gainswave, P-Shot, or medications (e.g., Trimix).
• Review and interpret lab results for new and existing patients.
• Provide patient education and ongoing support.
• Administer intramuscular and PRP injections.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants and front-desk staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Help maintain and grow clinic census and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal and professional standards.
• Deliver continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $60.00 – $75.00 per hour
• Bonuses & Commissions: Monthly and annual performance incentives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of NP or PA experience
• Background in urology, endocrinology, or internal medicine preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort with patient consultations and medical sales
• Active state license (in good standing), DEA Certificate, and Controlled Substance Registration
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
