Growing together.The RTC Registered nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards. This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to RTC patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medication.
Primary Responsibility:
- The RTC Registered Nurse assesses physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Valid and current Texas RN license
- BLS through American Heart Association
- Completion annually of 10 CEU's related to Emergency Care
- 5+ years RN experience
- 2+ years ICU & Emergency Department
- Experience with EMRs
- Demonstrated ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy.
- Proven basic Computer Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS
- CCRN
- ICU experience or 5+ years of experience in Emergency Department
- EPIC experience
- IV access experience
- Port access experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
