Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will assess client health needs, develop care plans, supervise direct support staff, and provide ongoing nursing support in home and community settings.
Responsibilities
Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Train and supervise caregivers on delegated nursing tasks.
Provide health education to clients, families, and staff.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Indiana regulations.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate care with physicians or hospitals.
Qualifications
Active RN license in Indiana (required).
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
1+ year of nursing experience in home health, community care, or long-term care preferred.
CPR/BLS certification.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
