We are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our specialized Multi-Specialty Surgical Oncology Unit. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering direct patient care, managing complex post-surgical needs, and providing comprehensive education and support to patients and their families throughout the continuum of their surgical oncology journey. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.

- Critical thinking
Qualifications:
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
