Seeking Integrative / Functional Medicine Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner in NY
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) to join our integrative health center, Yaldeinu Health which combines traditional care with a functional medicine approach. Our center focuses on children with PANS/PANDAS, Lyme disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and related neuro-inflammatory conditions.
Under the mentorship of world-renowned Dr. Nancy O’Hara, this role centers on identifying root causes and delivering individualized care through advanced diagnostics and targeted treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
Order and interpret specialized lab testing
Develop personalized, root-cause treatment plans
Prescribe medications and supplements as appropriate
Educate families and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Required Qualifications:
NYS Licensed and certified Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP)
Minimum three years’ pediatric clinical experience
Experience or strong interest in functional medicine
