Description
SENIOR ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL REPORTINGTHE JOB:
DO Recruitment Advisors are recruiting a Senior Associate Financial Reporting for a leading Real Estate Investment firm.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain and enforce processes and controls to ensure accurate financial data
Review financial data through various models and metrics
Coordinate, compile and review company deliverables
Develop and improve existing models and metrics, while building and introducing new analytical tools that enhance insight and efficiency in the review process (e.g., Power BI and Excel)
Identify process gaps and implement new operational processes
Maintain integrity of the accounting system and leverage it to facilitate financial data review
Plan and coordinate quarterly and yearly financial reporting
Collaborate with all departments across the company to build and/or enhance reporting as needed
Ad hoc project work
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting/finance experience with a major accounting framework (IFRS, LUX GAAP)
Fluent in English; other major European languages are a plus
Solid understanding of accounting, consolidations, and reporting. Experience in real estate is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and work autonomously
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Able to prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines
Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently
