The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planner with a strong focus on delivering financial advice, along with the capability to proactively grow both new and existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will also excel at building strong connections with the clients and other industry professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to work alongside a team of financial specialists and contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Provision of comprehensive Financial Planning advice to clients encompassing strategies such as Superannuation, Retirement, Cash Flows, Investments and Risk. A large portion of the clients are accumulators.
Meeting with clients and working through Goals and Objectives and providing the appropriate advice in accordance with compliance regulations.
Other duties as required.
About You

You will be an experienced Holistic Financial Advisor with a background in strategy development of complex strategies as well as Superannuation, Risk, Retirement and a thorough knowledge of Wealth Creation and Investment and have the drive and motivation to build solid business relationships.

You will be working in a supportive and professional environment and will need to possess the following skills:

Masters or Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning is preferred
Tertiary qualification meeting all FASEA requirements
Minimum of 5 years working as a Financial Planner
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to drive and develop internal and external relationships
Excellent communication and presentation
