Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in risk management, finance, or consulting within banking/capital markets.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Banking & Finance.
- Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks (local and international) and transformation delivery.
- Proven ability to integrate business needs with tech solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
