What You Will Do

The Staff Nurse II plays a vital role in supporting student health and wellness through direct patient care, clinical support to providers, immunization compliance, health education, and mentoring of nursing students in a collaborative, student-centered clinic environment.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Professional Regulation.
One year of professional nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
One to three years of professional nursing experience in an ambulatory setting.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/Automatic Electronic Defibrillator certification.
Current Blood Borne Pathogen training.
