The SVP - Group Fund Accounting will take responsibility for the following:

• Oversee the delivery of accurate and timely daily NAV calculations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Act as primary client contact on KPIs, product launches, regulatory changes, and service governance
• Monitor and ensure client/internal deliverables meet agreed policies and procedures
• Lead initiatives to drive operational improvements and strategic change
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Partner with stakeholders on process improvement and regulatory projects
• Communicate key updates to senior management and cascade information effectively to the team

SVP - Group Fund Accounting Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years' fund accounting experience
• Knowledge of UK OEICs is essential
• Proven people management experience, with strong coaching skills
• Confident in client-facing environments, including working with auditors and market data providers
• Degree-qualified in Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to challenge the status quo
