Your new role

As the Team Lead for Business Risk in Financial Markets, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across financial market activities.
• Designing and implementing risk frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborating with trading, treasury, and compliance teams to ensure robust risk governance.
• Monitoring market trends and emerging risks to proactively adjust strategies.
• Reporting to senior management and contributing to risk committee discussions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience in financial market risk management within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of trading products including FX, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as Basel III and local market regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
