As our intern, you'll gain hands-on experience managing reinsurance accounts and claims, learning how to interpret contractual conditions, and supporting key business processes. You'll support activities and portfolios across Brazil and the South Cone region, working closely with internal teams to streamline operations and drive meaningful improvements.

About the Role:

• Manage the team's shared inbox in Outlook and help route key communications
• Triage and assign incoming payments using SAP
• Review and process documents in our Operations system (Claims and Technical Accounting)
• Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects
• Prepare reports to track and improve our operational KPIs
• Keep client bank account records up to date
• Collaborate with internal teams like Underwriting, Business Services, Claims Management, and Finance

About You:

We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and eager to learn. Here's what will help you thrive:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, International Relations, or related fields. Graduation in 2027 or after.
• Quick learner with a growth mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, SAP, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A team player who takes ownership and shows accountability
• Self-starter with initiative-someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, but actively looks for ways to contribute
• Open to feedback and able to work flexibly in collaborative and virtual environments
• High Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency highly desired
• Intermediate Spanish desired
