Financial Technology Partners LP seeks Investment Banking Associate 1 in New York, NY, to participate in all aspects of originating and executing live transactions, including extensive financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, corporate and industry research, strategic analysis and recommendation, identification of business development opportunities, due diligence.  

Requirements

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: building and analyzing detailed financial modeling using mathematical models and statistical techniques; researching and analyzing data using a variety of software programs, spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and database management programs including CapitalIQ, PitchBook, Refinitiv, Microsoft Office; analyzing issues such as consumer demands, sales, and economic forecasts; determining fair market price for clients’ companies to maximize their profits; conducting industry, market, and corporate research and writing reports of findings including preparation of tables and charts that present research results clearly within those reports; and modeling complex mergers & acquisitions and financial scenarios.
