Corporate Reporting Accountant Summary
An outstanding opportunity to join the Corporate Reporting team of one of the world's leading private equity firms. Working across a complex international, multi-entity group, you'll gain broad exposure to statutory reporting, financial control, technical accounting and a variety of finance and business projects, whilst partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple group entities.
2. Assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.
3. Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
4. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany balances, accruals and prepayments.
5. Support the group consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
6. Assist with the external audit process, preparing supporting schedules and responding to auditor queries.
7. Support VAT and corporate tax reporting by providing information to the Tax team.
8. Prepare technical accounting papers and assist with the implementation of new accounting standards where required.
9. Contribute to finance process improvements, systems enhancements and automation initiatives.
10. Work closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax, Treasury and the wider business on a range of projects and ad hoc initiatives.

Candidate Profile

1. ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
2. Approximately 3-5 years' post-qualified experience.
3. Experience within corporate reporting, group reporting or financial control.
4. Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS.
5. Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
6. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
7. Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, multi-entity financial services environment.
8. Proactive, organised and keen to develop within a leading private markets business.
