Seeking a hands-on Group Financial Controller to lead financial operations across a multi-entity group. Reporting to the CFO/CEO, you will drive financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements to support business growth.

Your new role

• Lead group financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations
• Manage cashflow forecasting and working capital
• Ensure statutory compliance and manage audits
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights
• Drive system and process improvements
• Lead and develop the finance team

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified
• Proven Financial Controller experience in a multi-entity environment
• Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
