Position Overview
The Regenerative Medicine Nurse Practitioner is a unique clinical role focused on delivering exceptional musculoskeletal care through advanced regenerative medicine procedures. This position serves as the clinical provider for XCELL Regenerative Services' partners, helping bridge the gap between conservative care and regenerative intervention.
The Nurse Practitioner will complete an intensive 90-day clinical training program in Clearwater, Florida, under the supervision of our Medical Director to become proficient in musculoskeletal ultrasound, diagnostic evaluation, patient selection, and ultrasound-guided regenerative medicine procedures. During training, the provider will work toward achieving competency consistent with RMSK (Registered in Musculoskeletal Sonography) standards.
This role combines advanced clinical decision making, procedural expertise, patient education, and relationship management to deliver an outstanding patient experience while supporting the continued growth of XCELL Regenerative Services.
Title, level, and compensation are determined based on experience, clinical competency, autonomy, and demonstrated impact in accordance with the company's role leveling framework.

Compensation
- W-2 Employment
- Base Salary: $95,000-$105,000 annually (OTE: $120,000-$130,000+)
- Performance Commission Program
- Monthly performance incentives based on patient volume, procedures performed, and clinical productivity

Requirements
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, full-time position
- Approximately four (4) days per week providing patient care within partner chiropractic clinics throughout the assigned territory
- One (1) dedicated day each week at XCELL Regenerative Services headquarters for clinical training, continuing education, case review, provider collaboration, and operational meetings
- Schedule may vary based on patient volume and partner clinic needs
Clinical Evaluation
- Review patient medical history and prior conservative treatments.
- Evaluate diagnostic imaging including MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound.
- Determine candidacy for regenerative medicine procedures.
- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal examinations.
- Establish diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with referring providers regarding patient care recommendations.
Imaging & Diagnostics
- Order appropriate diagnostic imaging when clinically indicated.
- Coordinate imaging appointments with patients and imaging centers.
- Review imaging findings prior to consultation.
- Utilize musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic evaluation.
- Continue progression toward RMSK-level competency through ongoing education.
Patient Care
- Educate patients on regenerative medicine options, expectations, risks, and anticipated outcomes.
- Obtain informed consent.
- Answer patient questions before and after procedures.
- Coordinate all aspects of the patient's treatment journey.
- Monitor clinical outcomes.
- Maintain exceptional patient satisfaction and communication throughout care.
Procedures
- Prepare biologic products according to established protocols.
- Perform ultrasound-guided injections utilizing best practices.
- Maintain sterile technique and procedural safety.
- Document all procedures accurately and completely.
- Recognize and appropriately manage procedural complications should they arise.
Practice Coordination
- Coordinate injection days with partner clinics.
- Ensure imaging, documentation, supplies, and scheduling are completed prior to treatment days.
- Communicate treatment recommendations with referring providers.
- Work closely with operations to ensure efficient clinic flow.
Professional Development
- Successfully complete the XCELL Regenerative Services Clinical Training Program (90 days).
- Participate in ongoing ultrasound education and procedural labs.
- Maintain required NP licensure and certifications.
- Stay current on emerging regenerative medicine literature and best practices.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Complete all documentation within the EMR.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Track patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist with development of clinical protocols as the organization grows.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
- Active state license with prescriptive authority
- Orthopedic, sports medicine, pain management, PM&R, emergency medicine, family medicine, or urgent care experience preferred
- Strong procedural skills preferred
- Passion for regenerative medicine
- Interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in multiple clinic locations
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
